Before you book, please note:

  • Sessions are available via telehealth using Coviu

  • Payment is processed at the time of booking

  • You will be asked to complete a short intake form as part of the booking process. Please complete the form before your appointment

  • If you hold a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, please ensure your referral is current before booking

  • Please ensure you have a quiet, safe space that is free from interruption to hold your session
